Friends of Legion State Park was founded as an independent, nonprofit 501(c)3 organization, dedicated to preserving and maintaining the Park through volunteer work and fundraising. Friends of Legion State Park hold general membership meetings in the historic lodge at the Park. Programs, fundraising ideas, and projects to aid the Park are part of the Friends itinerary. To become a member, contact park personnel or contact us by email or complete the membership form below.

PARK PERMITS:
Entry fees into the park are required by the state of Mississippi and those funds go to the State Park system, therefore we encourage members to purchase an annual park permit.
$50.00 + tax (per person) or $32.00 + tax (per person) for Seniors - (age 65 and older)
This permit will allow entry into all of Mississippi's state parks. Annual permits may be purchased at the entry office of Legion or any state park. The annual park permit is separate from FOLSP membership dues and should be paid separately.
